A Friday Night Yoga Retreat

Whether you’ve been considering starting or returning to yoga or wanting some indulgent self-care on a Friday night, this workshop is for you.  Together we will reflect, reconnect, and release in a retreat-style experience.  Using an approachable, all-levels guided meditation, the evening will start with a power pause to reflect on your thoughts and current state of being.  Then we will go all-in on reconnecting our minds and bodies to the present moment though well-deserved, grounding, vitalizing, self-paced, and nourishing yoga poses.  Lastly, using the space we’ve cultivated, we’ll release into deep and full relaxation at a retreat-level experience.  Amy is looking forward to guiding you into the best Friday night self-care date.  Save your spot and register now so we can retreat together!
