Meridian Yin Yoga - Spring into Wellness

Join Leah Adams to explore and experience the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yin Yoga. This practice will include an 90-minute yin yoga practice, which promotes strength and the mobility of Qi ( energy) flow and also builds fluidity and elasticity throughout your connective tissues. 

You can expect a soothing yin yoga practice that honors our undeniable connection to the natural world and fosters self-compassion. In addition to the yoga practice, there will be worksheets and ample opportunity for questions and group discussion.
