Join Julia for an all-encompassing 90-minute special class designed to move you toward the final limb of yoga - Samadhi. Samadhi is the state union with universal consciousness that brings contentedness and utmost peace. We start with the physical body: a dynamic flow will generate heat, open the body, and focus the mind. Plenty of challenge will be offered so that you can customize your “sweat”. Rejuvenating and relaxing restorative postures will follow, complete with bolsters, blankets, and essential oils to help soothe the nervous system and still the mind. With the mind and body prepared, we’ll access the deeper layers of your being through a guided meditation. Emerge from this blissful experience feeling rested, centered, and clear.
This class is open to all levels, though some experience with Vinyasa is best.
