Prepare for deep relaxation as this class combines restorative postures with instructor-given Reiki energy healing to aid in releasing physical, mental, and emotional stresses. Passive stretching with props allow your body to move beyond the muscular into the connective tissue and fascia where stagnant energy resides. Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher, KC Kent, PhD will add gentle hands-on Reiki to help you release stuck energy and return to feeling well-rested and refreshed.
