Myofascial Release || Shoulders

Using massage-like techniques we will roll &unwind the myo(deep) fascial layers with therapy balls, "erasing" pain, stiffness and soreness, and opening up space for new levels of release, awareness and movement.

The shoulders are where we tend to unconsciously "carry" stress & tension and they can become chronically tight, sore and potentially create dysfunction in other areas of the body. We will address shoulder mobility, stability, and connect the interrelatedness of the breathing function and  various neck and shoulder patterns.
